Kirby Perkins

Managing Director

Kirby Perkins is a Managing Director of Crist|Kolder Associates. She joined the firm in 2017 and has a dozen years of experience in the search industry.  She has executed C-level engagements across all functional areas with an emphasis in finance and operations.  Her work is primarily focused in consumer and industrial manufacturing, technology, and professional services. 

Immediately prior to joining Crist|Kolder, Kirby was a Senior Associate in the Chicago office of Boyden Global Executive Search.  She began her career with Objective Paradigm, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in technology and financial services placement.

Kirby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rice University and a Master’s degree in Cross Cultural Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  She is a certified interpreter of the Hogan Personality Assessment Suite.
